Peg bag: take 2

Here I am spending the morning making another peg bag. I have done this smaller for 2 reasons. 1; I want to make it quicker  so that I can work on refining my original pattern. Number 2; is that I have been commissioned to make 3 bigger versions of these peg bags for a friend of my mums and I want to make sure the colours and design meet her specifications. Here is what I've done so far :)

Morning! And a very happy Tuesday to you all.  Heres some pictures of Little miss lavender and my beach hut peg bag both of which are now on their way to their new owner.  I hope she will be as pleased as I am with them.

Hanging the bag

My biggest challenge with this bag was how to get it to keep its shape when hanging on a line.  As it has a very pointed roof I could not use a regular hanger, so here is what I came up with...have I mentioned Im very pleased with this?

Happy to announce my first self designed crochet pattern

Here it is the finish Beach house peg bag.  Im very proud, especially with it being made from only the images in my head, my mums already asked me to make her one! This is to be sent to the lovely lady who has also commissioned the lavender teddy, unfortunately its not really the weather for hanging out the washing at the minute but I still hope she likes it.
