Friday feeling

I've been working on another commission this week, a little blue teddy, here he is just got to give him a smiley face and finish his scarf

Morning! And a very happy Tuesday to you all.  Heres some pictures of Little miss lavender and my beach hut peg bag both of which are now on their way to their new owner.  I hope she will be as pleased as I am with them.

Teddy jigsaw

Whilst I have a quick minute here is a snap of how little miss lavender is coming along. One of my favourite parts of this pattern is when all the unusual shapes come together, like a sort of teddy shaped jigsaw. 

A big hello this very dull afternoon

Here I am hoping everyones having a good, relaxing and if your lucky sunny weekend.  I just about to get my hooks out have to finish this teddy by Tuesday, so far head, body, 1leg and half an ear are done so still a bit to go.  This one is in a lovely shade of lavender and cream, the last 5 have all been commissions in pink and cream so I'm loving the change.  Heres a picture of the pinkies :)

My love of teddies

Thought my first photo should be of these teddies I made as christmas presents for two of my baby cousins.  They are from first crochet book I bought last year, by Nicci Trench.   Since then I've tweaked    the pattern a little, added some accessories and am now in the process of crocheting teddies 9 and 10 that I have been commissioned to make.
